Sometimes we don't even know where to start. We may need support to navigate the ups and downs and typically it is multiple areas of our life which may be causing distress or concern.
I offer general counselling to explore life's challenges, gain clarity, and build healthy coping strategies. I can help you work through feeling stuck, relationship problems, career issues, parenting challenges, low self-esteem or self-worth, or to manage stress.
At every step of the way you'll be met with compassion, respect and be provided practical tools to support your mental health, wellbeing, and resilience.
I believe we're all addicted to something but is your addiction holding you back? Are you absent from others? Are you struggling to pay bills? Are you losing control of your behaviour?
Addiction doesn't have to be only for substances. It can include people, gaming, gambling, exercise, eating and more. I work with you to reduce risks, teach healthy habits and build support within your systems.
By understanding the root cause of your addiction through a safe and supportive environment you can work towards knowing the causes of your addiction and regaining life satisfaction and fulfilment.
Anxiety and depression can make it difficult to enjoy life and engage in activities you once loved.
I can help you manage the depression and/or anxiety and develop a more positive outlook on life. We offer evidence-based treatments that have been proven to be effective for depression and anxiety. Using a strengths-based framework I will work with you to discover what's right with you instead of focus on what feels wrong.
Let's uncover the roots of your distress, provide education on your personal experience, and find strategies to leverage your strengths to support coping mechanisms, build resilience and foster wellbeing.
My resilience workshops are designed to help with bounce back from stress, strengthen your mindset, and to discover your inner strength to overcome adversity and support your wellbeing.
Typically, these workshops are an immersive experience whereby participants interact with content through activities, group discussions, and reflection.
Workshops are run online over 3 - 6 weeks requiring a weekly one-hour commitment. I only allow up to 8 participants per workshop to foster safety, connection, and group learning.
